Went out with Rick, Dave and Zodiac Dave. Found a "Crotal Bell", and discovered trying to dig everything with a Cibola is very tiring. It beeps for very deep stuff! A pinpointer is next on the list. Sure is a lot of spent ammo (shells), and beer caps in the woods! Navey Davey found a nice 1916 penny. Cool.
Cheers, Bob.

It was a good hunting day, and was nice to go out with other people rather then just by myself.
The first site didn't pan out, we didn't see any sign of Irish town. so at least we know where it isn't.
Clamdigger Bob took us out to a wonderful location and the site of another ghost town. This is a great spot and we will have to go back for an entire day of hunting. Lots of stone walls and cellar holes plus grassy fields which are a dream to hunt compared to the woods.
Want to know where it is, you will have to join us next time to find out.

It was a cool spot. I'd like to investigate further too.

Good job on the bell Bob, I've since found many, but was 3 years getting the first. That's how it goes.
