From the land of the Bluenose.....raining with a high wind. This bouy was no chicken and left to try a swing at the local tot lot where the rug rats roost. The trip was swift. A couple of old mag pies were puffin on their cigarettes as I approached the swing area. Apparently they were out walking their dogs which were so small that a bald eagle could swallow one in one gulp. Yappy little things. Gave me the sniff and lost interest. Had to duck under the slide where a piece of cutlery was found as well as a few coppers. Luck was gone. Felt as if an albatross was hung around me neck. By the lots "rall" I pulled out my swan. Silver with 4 hallmarks! First ring of the year. Continued the dig like a booby in the pouring rain. Got darker and this bouy is no nighthawk, packed up, took a right tern and headed back to the nest.

Hi Leslie
It would be hard to imagine that there are other detectorists around that are more dedicated than you are.
Always ready to go a swinging and a swishing!
Happy Easter to Everyone.
