Quota unleashed..................Monday
From the land of the Bluenose.....was scared stupid like Ernest as I was on my way to the dentist expecting the worst...........40 minutes in the "chair" getting a crown and was greatly relieved that all that Tom did was take an xray and grind down the tender tooth. I was spared!
I headed to a local park and dug my brains out feeling lucky to be alive as the night before was torture knowing that I was going under the drill. Mr Budwiser and 11 of his relatives had visited to help calm me down but all they did was give me a head ache! Popped pennies then went home then back out again and headed to a place of solitude.
My peace was interrupted by the hordes of dogs and their owners. Ironically I eyeballed this find and would have loved to put it to use especially on the one that fell in love with my leg........man why can't I ever just go out and have nothing happen? Is it against the law to hang a dog by a leash for having k9 carnal cravings? Did have the leash!
Anyway it was getting dark so I called it a day netting a dog leash, golf egg (camera shy), pisces dewy, key and 67 coins @ $1.18
3 Amigos do centuries and 1919 silver!
From the land of the Bluenose......and we were off to the Kentville area to pick up Slickpick Rick and hit a place where they have fairs and ballgames amoungst other things.
Didn't take the fellows no time to reach in the trunk and grab the gear. As soon as they were turned on the coins keep on a coming and coming and then coming some more. For the next few hours we all spent most of our time on our knees digging out the coins.
Moved to another part and hit this beauty which made my day!
By the end of the day we all had a century with Navy Davy 110 coins.
Slickpick Rick 138 coins @ $4.07, a key and watch.
As for the Bluenoser the 1919 quarter, a lottery fob, Brit penny and 176 coins @ $16.48 which as always goes into the "Send Leslie back to the UK fund."
