I did get out for the first time in 78 days. Didn't find anything great, but it was great all the same. Can't wait for spring to get here. Also first time for using photo bucket. A musket ball, and another 44 cal bullet, a small buckle, and 2 modern cents. For the record it was a tidal (salty enviroment) was using AT Pro with small 5 X 8 coil, yes there were certainly some false signals, but GB as per instructions in the manual at 20 or less it was not so bad. Not silent by no means, but useable. Also like to mention that so called good targets were masked quite bad by the mineralization, and did not sound very good.

I'd be quite happy with that outing right now! Anything would be nice at this time. I tried my ATP on a salt beach shortly after buying it, I need more practice as I found it pretty tough to use. To be fair with it being a VLF detector I knew going into it that it wouldn't be a salt water friendly machine. I will have to play around with the GB more next time.
Glad you got out!

Glad you were able to get out. Sticking to high tide markers here at the moment.
