Hey guys, Long time, no posts. Been an unusually busy spring but still managed to beat up a Halifax park pretty good when I had a spare minute. Lots of interesting takes but for the time being, I won't bore you with the details and just get to the finds! This is my take for about 10 hours of boots on the ground. Cheers, Deepseeker P.s. pix to follow, can't figure out how to resize them on this new phone. Will have to find a 10 year old to ask. ..

Dingle has been hit hard and with Point Pleasant Park off limits the older coins in HFX are hard to find. Good luck on the next hunt!

Here's a few more of the nicer pieces... The big coin is an 1860 British penny, smaller is a 1910 half penny. DS

Lastly is a 1845ish Royal Artillery button (Thx to Rick for the ID!) and some misc bits and pieces. Anyone who know what the conical piece is, let me know (it's from France)... The car is a Tuff Tots Citroen DS from the late 60's. DS

What a haul! That is outstanding! Glad to see somebody is finding some of the older stuff.. good job! Ive yet to find a "Big 5" Nickel.. that one looks in mint shape. Lots of large cents as well! Congrats! NFLD cent is in great shape as well. Found yourself a great spot.
