Holy clad Batman, that's one heck of a haul. Sorry to hear about your pointer, I thought mine was dead also, got it extremely wet, soaked it in a bag of rice for a few days, seems to have worked. If you do need a new pointer, Slickpick Rick has a few in stock, I had him on standby in case mine was fried. Good luck!

Good looking quota plus. Pinpointers can be useful when your when machine doesn't do the job. Not in the future for this bouy.

I got a hold of btm detecting , and he got some in stock , might be able to throw a hunt today. I should have bought it earlier , knew it was coming for the pinpointer.

I had to do some detecting old school last week when I took my pinpointer out the the field before I realized it didn't work. I've now done it both ways, with and without the pinpointer, I'm so hooked on pinpointing, I'm thinking about buying five or six and putting them in an ammo belt and strapping it across my chest ;-)

Just got my first pinpointer. I'm sold on it. Really helps with finding .22 short shells!

I chased a few pieces that were just a few mm's across that were tough, but a BB would take the cake.
