Seeing that Leslie was doing a manly thing he went to the BINGO I did what every digger does I snuck out the back door and went for a short seaside dig .found a lot of clad and after 15 yrs of digging found my very first lead Solder He forgot to duck. HH all

Nice haul Davey! I won't mention that I found one my first year... Had no idea there were hard to come by, figured every kid had a dozen which he promptly lost in the park. Now clay marbles, that I figured would be a tough one.

Forgot to duck...too funny. I got my first last year. Said it before, will say again I like the older toys as they just don't come up too often. I know my dad probably had next to nothing in the way of bought toys. I don't mean hotwheels, I mean older toys from even 75 or more years ago, are rare to dig. Well I guess that is debatable too, as I mostly look for sites that per-date that by a stretch. Guess I should say I don't find them, and the couple I do have I consider some of my best.
