From the land of the Bluenose.....only had one complaint and that was from a fellow in the states but should your computer give you a warning of virus here please follow the following:
You can click or ask your members to click Ctrl + Alt + r on their keyboard
to report any issues - And post a screenshot and send any info
that their antivirus program gave - that may help to rectify the problem
