Right now, I'm thinking anywhere warm. I'm watching the temp go down as I type, just hit -17C.
But I would have to say probably the UK as I really like digging old coins.
Cheeeerrrsssszzzzzz... DS

My dream location to dig would be anywhere in a good gold location, as example when the Klondike first got discovered some of the first diggers were getting 2 pounds of Gold per shovel-full, that's my dream location.

After watching the tv series about pirates called Blacksails and watching them handle the coins they way they did, I want to go to the Bahamas, warm and gold :-)

I would think that an un-escorted dig through the grounds of 24 Sussex Drive would turn up a few goodies.

What's that, about $40,000 a shovel full... Screw the Caribbean, bust out the bug dope and whiskey! Cheers, DS

Cheers, DS There's a guy from Nova scotia,"BIG Alex" who bought a claim in the Klondike for a sack of flour, and a side of bacon, on which he panned $5,000 worth of Yukon gold a day and that was 20 dollar an ounce gold...that's a quarter million a day in todays gold prices. It is said he "expected" to fill a sugar barrel by spring. I don't know how big a "sugar barrel is, but a 27 pound brick is rather small.
