Certainly not the type of newsletter we need here in the States. Way heavy on finds and not much more. It's gotten so bad here a moderator on a major detecting forum is teaming up with a manufacturer to hide Easter eggs with tokens in public areas to encourage people to find them. Bad enough that our public areas are getting closed down, now we have people and manufacturers playing games on them. It's all about the finds and newsletters like yours that promote them would not and does not help here.

I don't agree with what you say, but thank you for your comment. My newsletter is MORE than just finds. I didn't say your newsletter was just finds but said it wasn't much more. We've been having a lot of turmoil here lately by emphasizing on finds. Not your fault but when I see what effect that concentration has on the hobby here, I like to see other issues addressed without taking away the posting of finds. |
